- This 5 percent discount can be redeemed every Thursday.

Harris Teeter Senior Discount
Every Thursday, Harris Teeter offers a special senior discount for seniors ages 60 and up. The 5 percent discount can be applied in-store after all coupons are deducted, and some restrictions may apply. If you qualify for the discount, let the cashier know and they’ll happily give you the discount on eligible items.

Harris Teeter Military Discount
Harris Teeter offers an annual military discount to veterans and active-duty military at any of the chain’s locations every November 11. In 2023, for example, the company gave 11 percent discounts to veterans and active duty military personnel who showed their military IDs or VIC cards.
Harris Teeter College Student Discount
Unfortunately, Harris Teeter’s college student discount ended on May 28, 2024. As of June 13, 2024, there is not another discount listed; however, we hope it comes back in the future.
