Cost and Pricing

Right at Home’s franchises have their own pricing and policies in terms of weekly or daily minimums. The location in Boca Raton, Florida, for example, starts at $29 per hour, with minimums of four hours per shift and 12 hours per week. That’s just under the state’s median cost of home health aides ($30 an hour), according to Genworth.

Another location in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, a Philly suburb, charges based on the number of hours you book as well as the day of the week:

• Four to six hours: $39 per hour on weekdays, $43 per hour on weekends
• Six to nine hours: $35 to $38 per hour on weekdays, $39 to $42 per hour on weekends
• 10 or more hours: $33 to $36 per hour on weekdays, $37 to $40 per hour on weekends

This location also has a four-hour minimum. Given Pennsylvania’s median cost of home care, which is $31 per hour, Right at Home is much more expensive.

Finally, clients in Tucson, Arizona, have paid the following rates based on the length of the shift:
