“These people are total crooks. Their specialists barely do anything and whenever they aren't reading off a paper generic exercises, they seem to just make stuff up when asked. I wouldn't be surprised if their team actually lacked credentials and this entire company was a fraud. They come for like 15 minutes, do a few things, then leave. There is no “care” involved.
